We work alongside your architect, builder, and electrician from design development: drawings they can build to, pre-wire on the framing schedule, and systems that arrive with the finishes.
For families rebuilding after the fire, we walk plans and prepare technology scope assessments at no cost — and our published pre-wire specification guide is free for any rebuild team to use, whether or not you hire us. New construction is the one chance to put infrastructure in the walls right; we'd like to help the Palisades get it right.
